Somewhere and Nowhere

somewhere and nowhere 2
Paintings by Nick Borges and Cara Tomlinson are on display in the Los Medanos Art Gallery from October 7 to November 4, 2010. They're all not pictures of things, but rather paintings that are art. Does that sound frightening? You should come check them out, because even if you won't admit it, you know you are tired of paintings of, as my students call it, "scenery."

You can see more of these works in the temporary installation just outside the Art department entrance on the first level of the college complex.

2D design values

Books by photography students
